Meetview as a Service is a solution provided by Resolve Collaboration that removes the complexity of producing a webcast on the Meetview platform by providing customers with a complete end to end solution that includes fully managed service and support from start to finish. Resolve Collaboration uses our team of graphic designers, web developers, audio and video technicians, webcast technicians, translator, closed captioners, project coordinators and users support technicians to provide a flawless and stress-free webcast production. What is Meetview as a Service for Content Creators? Meetview as a Service for Content Creators is a service designed for customers that produce a high volume of standardized webcasts. The Resolve Collaboration production team prepares and produces each event based on the standard template and operating procedures developed with the customer. What is Meetview as a Service for AV Providers? Meetview as a Service for AV Providers is a solution for customers that have their own production capabilities and need a flexible and reliable webcast solution. Customers have the flexibility to schedule and run their own webcast events and receive support from a dedicated broadcast engineer. It’s the best of self-serve and fully managed! Customers can access as few or as many of the features of Meetview that they need to produce their event and can purchase additional design and support services if necessary. Best of all there are no minimum commitments and no setup fees. What is Meetview as a Platform? Meetview as a Platform provides customers with the full capabilities of the Meetview platform at their fingertips. Each customer receives their own instance of Meetview hosted privately for their exclusive use. Customers can create an unlimited number of events and fully customize the platform to suite their own specific needs. Meetview Subscriptions What is the minimum commitment for Meetview as a Service? Meetview as a Service is available on a pay as you go basis. There is no minimum commitment required, however volume discounts may be available. What is the minimum commitment for Meetview as a Platform? The minimum term is one year. All contract terms renew annually on July 15th.

Meetview supports ingest rates of 1Mbps to 5Mbps and viewer rates of 48k audio only up to 5Mbps What is the maximum capacity for a Meetview webcast? Meetview can support up to 10000 concurrent viewers in one webcast. Capacity may be limited based on the type of service or subscription purchased. What encryption does Meetview support? All webcasts are protected using SSL TLSv1.2. Does Meetview meet WCAG standards? The base Meetview platform framework is designed to confirm to WCAG standards. Any customizations made by clients would have to be implemented in a way to support WCAG. What are the features that Meetview supports?
